ASSIGNMENTS

Whether you’d like to offer training on bunker maintenance,
tee mowing, course set-up, or any number of other activities, our
Assignment Playbooks will show your employees exactly where, and how, to get the job done. These are excellent training tools
for all staff. Several assignments can be packaged into one Playbook, such as “Introductory Jobs” and “Advanced Jobs”.
Each project is customized to enhance that course’s needs.

ORIENTATION

Every time you get new employees you have to show them
around the course and grounds to alert them to the specifics of
your club’s special etiquette and protocol. No more. We have
developed a custom-to-your-course system of employee orientation fashioned in the Playbooks training style with
pictures of your property. We transform all of your information
into an easy reference guide for a new employee. They can
follow along in their Playbook for course layout, where to park
at the clubhouse, or any special instruction you request.

EQUIPMENT

With hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment in use on your property, efforts need to be made to ensure proper functioning and safety. We have developed simple guidelines to assist workers in operation and maintenance of all equipment.
We customize every instruction to your mechanic’s specific needs
and provide a custom photo shoot with your equipment and mechanic. This is another level of safety and security.
